Thank You! Last year we asked you to help us start a fund that would protect our building for many years to come. Wow did you come through. You donated nearly $50,000 toward our Building Defense Fund. We no longer have to worry about a budget busting repair, or a roof that needs replacing in twenty years. Thank you so much.

This year we’re asking your help for something just as important. We need to replace our 12-year-old Lifepak 15 EKG monitor. Our Lifepaks are the workhorses of our care, and go on every call, on every patient. They measure your vital signs and read your EKGs. They’ll tell us if you’re having a heart attack and send that news to the emergency room doctor. They are both defibrillators and pacemakers and provide essential monitoring if we need to intubate or ventilate.

Our medics and EMTs are the best in the field, but we are only as good as the tools we use. The new Lifepak 35 does everything a 15 can do and much more. It’s the best device in prehospital care, and as you might guess, they didn’t lower the price when they made it. A new Lifepak 35 will cost us nearly $50,000, or just about exactly what our annual fundraiser typically brings in. Please help us again and know that if you or your loved ones ever need us, we’ll be bringing in the best.

Thank You.
